Rebuild of Evangelion

Post  Darkchild on Mon Sep 28, 2009 11:02 pm

For fans of this long-running franchise, Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone and Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance are superb movies that feature completely remade and stunningly beautiful animation. A few new characters and even new Evas make their premiere in the second movie. While these changes and others may seem to butcher the original storyline, I think they do nothing but make the anime a more enjoyable watch. The previous movie adaptation (End of Evangelion) that condensed the original anime does not even compare. Definitely a must-see, both for fans and new viewers alike!
